What is Your Repair Policy?
We offer a 60-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases within the US. This warranty applies to defects related to plating issues, sharp prongs, improper stamping, and similar problems. If you notice any defects, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. Jewelry with missing diamonds will be reviewed by our team at 79e. Note that repairs for 79e items are available for a fee depending on the issue, and additional charges may apply.
