14 Days Returns. Personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For hygiene and quality assurance purposes, jewelry that has been worn, damaged, altered, or returned without original tags attached is not eligible for return.

Are shipping fees refundable?
